Studied Human-Centered Design and Government at Dartmouth College.

A web application that allows police dispatchers to quickly and efficiently communicate location data of the 911 caller to the responding officer.

An iOS tablet application that helps patients, doctors, and caretakers communicate about the patient’s condition during an inpatient stay at the hospital.

Conducted UX research to justify business cases and drive collective change in improving quality procedures. From my findings, I helped develop and implement productive changes in quality procedures, engineering processes, and vehicle design.
